Ayurveda On Call

1. Introduction

Welcome to Ayurveda On Call. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, bookings, and interactions with our certified Ayurvedic practitioners. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• “Service” refers to online Ayurvedic consultations, personalized health plans, herbal recommendations, and wellness programs provided via video, phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• “User” means any individual who visits our website or books a consultation.
• “Consultation” means a scheduled session (30–60 minutes) between User and Ayurvedic practitioner.
• “Plan” means a customized regimen including diet, routines, herbs, yoga, and follow-ups.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a consultation. By using our Service, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and capable of entering into these Terms.

4. Booking & Appointments

1. How to Book: Users can book via phone (+91-93115 26879), WhatsApp, email, or our online booking form.
2. Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once we send you a confirmation message with date, time, and practitioner details.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before your appointment without charge. Cancellations within 12 hours may incur a 50% fee of the booked package price.
4. No-Show: Failure to join at the scheduled time without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and may forfeit fees paid.

5. Pricing & Payment

We offer three tiered pricing plans:

• Basic Care: ₹499 for one 30-minute consultation, basic diet & lifestyle tips, email follow-up.
• Standard Care: ₹999 for one 60-minute consultation, personalized health plan, two follow-up calls.
• Premium Care: ₹1,499 for two 60-minute consultations, comprehensive wellness program, unlimited email & WhatsApp support.

Payments are accepted via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify prices; changes take effect only for future bookings.

6. Services & Deliverables

Upon completion of your consultation, you will receive:

• A detailed health plan tailored to your Prakriti and Vikriti.
• Dietary guidelines, daily routines, seasonal advice, yoga & pranayama practices.
• Herbal medicine recommendations from GMP-certified suppliers.
• Follow-up support as per your chosen plan.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Ayurveda On Call provides traditional and complementary therapies. Our practitioners are qualified Ayurvedic doctors, but our Service does not replace emergency, urgent, or specialty medical care. Always consult a licensed medical professional for serious conditions. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—text, graphics, logos, images, video clips—is owned or licensed by Ayurveda On Call and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayurveda On Call and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal and health data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your information as described therein.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated “Last Revised” date. Continued use of our Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
