Welcome to Ayurveda On Call. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, bookings, and interactions with our certified Ayurvedic practitioners. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to book a consultation. By using our Service, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and capable of entering into these Terms.

4. Booking & Appointments

  1. How to Book: Users can book via phone (+91-93115 26879), WhatsApp, email, or our online booking form.
  2. Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once we send you a confirmation message with date, time, and practitioner details.
  3. Rescheduling & Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before your appointment without charge. Cancellations within 12 hours may incur a 50% fee of the booked package price.
  4. No-Show: Failure to join at the scheduled time without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and may forfeit fees paid.

5. Pricing & Payment

We offer three tiered pricing plans:

Payments are accepted via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify prices; changes take effect only for future bookings.

All content on this site—text, graphics, logos, images, video clips—is owned or licensed by Ayurveda On Call and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayurveda On Call and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
